Eye Balm is a rich, non irritating cream for the eye area that helps soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles on the skin around the delicate eye area. In the morning only, apply a thin layer of G.L.A. Eye Balm to outer eye area. Avoid eyelids and eyebrows. Follow with moisturizer of choice. Caution: Do not use at night. Avoid direct contact with eyes. Store in a cool, dark place. NOTE: May be used over Cellex C Eye Contour Gel or Eye Contour Cream.
