How-to-Use:

Clean lining of shoe with rubbing alcohol. Let dry thoroughly. Place in shoe, as far forward as possible, where the ball of your foot rests and test position for comfort. Trim edges with scissors for a more exacting fit, if necessary. Remove backing and press firmly.
