1. Your return must be pre-approved. Contact usbefore shipping your return. To expedite approval, please send a brief explanation for returning your products.
2. Your purchase must be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery.
3. The item must be unused and in its original and intact packaging.
4. Actual original shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from refund if free shipping was received at the time of purchase.
5. The customer is required to pay for return shipping.

For any warranty issues on all electrical items (blow dryers, flat irons, etc.), please return the item to the manufacturer. All clearance items and special orders are FINAL SALE. We have the right to decline the return of items that don’t fit our return policy.
